* Customer Service - Store Associate

Cobbler Union is searching for a service-oriented associate to support our retail location by creating unbeatable shopping experiences. Through customer interactions youll have a direct impact on our company's success by helping us deliver the best possible service to each and every one of our customers.

Were looking for an organized and results driven professional with an entrepreneurial and strategic approach to increasing sales and providing an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for driving sales through our ecommerce and retail sales channels, building long-term customer relationships through extraordinary service, and working collaboratively with our marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and memorable shopping experience.

As a member of the Customer Experience team, you will be instrumental in representing the Cobbler Union brand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Deliver an extraordinary customer experience through phone, email, chat, and in-person in our store.

* Comunicate Cobbler Unions values and brand philosophy on the sales floor.

* Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

* Develop deep knowledge of Cobbler Unions products to best advise customers and maximize loyalty and sales.

* Assist customers in-person and online in the selection and purchase of merchandise by answering questions, demonstrating product and emphasizing features and benefits.

* Maintain continuous professional development by completing product and operational training.

* Perform daily tasks including stock work, visual display and daily store operations.

* Be the role model for treating others the way theyd like to be treated.

* Be on the lookout for ways to improve each customers experience.

* Delight customers through nothing-but-wonderful service

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

* Customer Service experience.

* A sensitive and skillful communicator (both online and offline) who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience.

* Driven, resourceful problem solver and team player, with a desire to collaborate effectively and a no task is too small attitude.

* Dedicated focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships

* A multitasker with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

* Maintain a positive and patient attitude with each and every customer.

* Possess a superior entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm about growing with Cobbler Union.

* Menswear retail experience preferred but not required

* Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes weekends.
