We are looking for people who are passionate about providing quality customer service and assisting customers. This is a long term, DIRECT HIRE position with growth potential and benefits. The Call Center Representative is a long term opportunity with benefits and growth potential.

Location: Kennesaw, GA

Pay: $16.00

Hours/pay

  • 9am to 6pm $16-17
  • 10am to 7pm ($0.75/hr. shift differential)
  • 11am to 8pm ($1.25/hr. shift differential).
Shift: 9am-6pm/ 10am-7pm/ 11am-8pm

Job Description:
  • Proactively communicate to all internal and external related parties to exceed customer's expectations.
  • Respond timely and accurately to all incoming customer correspondence along with thorough documentation.
  • Receives customers' requests by telephone, email or chat, analyzes requests, provides information requested or ascertains who best can provide the information, and routes the request to the proper person.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years' experience in customer service, or related transferable skills
  • Customer centric and Internet savvy
  • Strong MS Office skills
Professional Skills:
  • Superior time-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused on critical objectives.
  • A positive, can-do attitude is a must.
  • Able to work in a fast paced, closely integrated team in which customer delight, communication, teamwork and flexibility are essential.
  • Ability to write short correspondence.
