DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY This is an onsite opportunity in Spokane, WA - Liberty Lake PAY: $47,210.95 - Salary START DATE: October 21st A local insurance company is looking to add to their customer service team Hybrid after 90 days. Associate is in training to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service. The ability to obtain a thorough understanding of ClaimCenter, CARE, Outlook, and telephone applications is required. This individual will handle inbound and outbound telephone service calls with respect to claims First Notice of Loss (FNOL), glass, towing and existing claims calls that roll from branch operations. The associate demonstrates sound verbal and written communication skills.
