Join our dynamic Merchandising Planning and Allocation team as a Senior Analyst, Merchandising. The Senior Analyst, Merchandising supports the Product Merchandizing team by analyzing and reporting on product performance to maximize sales, profitability, and inventory turnover. Responsibilities: Use statistical and analytical tools to extract actionable insights Forecast future demands for products based on historical data and market trends Inventory management Conduct market research as needed Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations Assess the success of merchandising strategies and recommend adjustments as needed Required Qualifications: Degree in business, merchandising, marketing, statistics, economics or related field 3-5 years of analytical experience in retail Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statical analysis tools Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience Relational database knowledge Experience in demand forecasting and the ability to use forecasting models Knowledge of retail and merchandising concepts, including product life-cycle management P
