Based in St. Louis, MO, you will support the financial and strategic planning of the business. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of financial information and analysis to support quarterly, annual, and long-range planning packages and presentations; reviewing, consolidating and analyzing monthly Enterprise/Corporate functional financial results; and providing financial information and analysis to all levels of management. The Senior Financial Analyst/Manager FP&A will interact closely with Copeland Executive team (including CEO and CFO), cross-functional groups at the corporate level and throughout the business.

**AS A SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST YOU WILL:**

+ Provide global analytical support for the monthly projection process to create a forecast for the remaining months of the year

+ Focus on Enterprise/Corporate finance and reporting and act as finance liaison for Enterprise/Corporate functional leads

+ Work with Functional leads and Business Units to track actuals and plan forecast for Exceptional cost and spending (Projects/ Restructuring/ Separation)

+ Integral part of Enterprise/Corporate cost center/allocation/ structure changes from finance perspective

+ Coordinate the process of updating the financial plan which includes the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow and multiple supporting exhibits that measure various financial ratios and metrics

+ Be an integral part of the planning process including full current-year plan updates quarterly and measuring the current operating year, along with annual updates on long-range planning

+ Develop presentations for senior management related to Enterprise/Corporate financial performance. Directly interacts with Executive team including direct interaction with CFO/CEO

+ Develop and implement improvements to the current reporting process

+ Be responsible for additional projects as required

**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:**

+ The position requires a BS or BA degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field

+ 5+ years of work experience in the accounting or financial analysis fields

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of linked spreadsheets, data downloads, complex formulas, and pivot tables

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Power Point) with advanced functions preferred

+ Must have the ability to meet strict deadlines and balance multiple priorities

+ Must have strong analytical and communication skills

+ Must be able to work productively in a team and independently

**PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:**

+ 8 or more years of work experience in the accounting or financial analysis fields

+ MBA or Masters in Accounting

+ CPA or CMA

+ Prior experience with Oracle and financial applications

+ Familiarity with data analytics tools (Domo, Power BI, Power Query)

+ Prior experience with Hyperion Financial Management
