Job Overview:

The main function of a Pay for Service Representative is to be a highly motivated, self- directed individual that can promote the Pay for Service revenue generating service program. In this role, you will sell product and/or labor to customers for products no longer covered by a warranty.

Highlights of your role:
  • Promote Pay for Service
  • Capture complete, accurate information to ensure service profitability.
  • Handle lead time with customer and service scheduling.
  • Process quotes and orders
  • Provide an excellent customer experience
  • Assists with maintaining and improving the departments performance goals, specifically the profitability goals set each year, (Order processing, quoting, pricing accuracy is paramount)
  • Contributes to the development of customer support strategies and plans
Salary Range:
$26 - $27 per hour

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can):
  • Ability to work in all Marvin operating systems (OMS, ICIM, Salesforce, MODL, Print Book Viewer, etc)
  • Ability to learn new processes and procedures
  • Ability to build and apply key relationships with other departments and functional areas
  • Be empathetic with customers that are experiencing difficult service situations.
Also want to make sure you have:
  • Two-year degree or relevant work experience
  • Must have the ability and skills to sell
  • Excellent product knowledge, all brands, current and obsolete products.
  • High level of confidentiality when working the credit card process.
  • Excellent math skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
