Duties & Responsibilities

Project contract review for financial details to ensure project compliance Project set-up in accounting system, liaising with Project Managers (PMs)/Senior Leaders (SLs) regarding budgets (fee flows)/ phase set up to assist with project monitoring for the life of the project. Ensure that submitted information is in compliance with company accounting standards and any client requirements Maintaining contract paperwork and files, maintaining invoice, aging A/R, change orders, vendor/subcontractor documents and other specified logs for project tracking

Experience

5+ years of Architecture or Engineering experience BA/BA Degree
