**Description**
**We are seeking a Member Service Representative for the Member Service Center Department.**
In a contact center environment, the Member Service Representative is accountable for assisting Credit Human members in resolving issues, answering questions, and referring Credit Human products and services to meet members' needs and enhance their financial health and well-being. The job incumbent is responsible for complying with all policies, procedures, and processes which relate to their specific position, duties, and responsibilities.

**Highlights:**
* Assist members and non-members calling the Contact Center with their requests in a professional, efficient, and timely manner
* Perform financial transactions, inquiries, and file maintenance on accounts in accordance with regulatory compliance
* Maintain knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, and procedures
**Experience:**
Required
* 1-3 years of customer service experience and/or financial service experience and/or contact center customer service experience
* Some sales experience
**Education:**
Required
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Licenses & Certifications:** none
**Skills & Knowledge:**
Required
* Excellent customer service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* PC skills and 10-key by touch
* Type 30 or better words per minute
**Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 7:00am-7:00pm, rotating Saturdays 9:00am- 3:00pm
**Level of Work:** 1B

Credit Human conducts employment background checks that may be used for decisions related to employment with Credit Human. Standard background checks performed on final candidates include NCUA Administrative and Prohibited Orders, ChexSystems, past employment verification, criminal history check on convictions and outstanding arrest warrants within the past seven years. Degree verifications are conducted if listed on the employment application. Additional background checks relevant to the role may include a motor vehicle registration check, credit check, and/or fingerprint card.
