Thank you for your interest in Ervin Cable Construction, we look forward to hearing from you **Overview:** A successful Customer Service Rep shall answer inbound calls, provide information to property owner about the project; conduct follow-up calls to property owner; enter information from field personnel into tracking system for all complaints. At a minimum, the position requires the ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; excellent customer service skills; ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data. **Essential Functions:** the ability to work safely, with or without supervision;

the ability to read understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness;

excellent manual dexterity;

the ability to organize work load to determine priority of duties;

the ability to communicate with Company personnel, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed.

Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data for an assigned department/project.

Create, update, validate and forward various forms of communication to internal and external recipients.

Additional Duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** Prior work related experience.

Proficient in the use of office hardware and software. (PCs, Tablets, Printers, Copiers, Microsoft, Google, etc.)

Excellent Customer Service skills and strong English language skills both oral and written.

Authorized to work in the United States.
