Job Description

The Bank Teller/Customer Service Representative role is a critical position that requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions. The successful candidate will be the frontline of our bank and will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable making dozens of transactions daily, communicating with different types of clients, and selling the bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assess customer needs and introduce new products and services.
  • Make sales referrals, suggest alternate channels, and cross-sell products and services.
  • Go the extra mile to build trust relationships, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses.
  • Resolve customers' issues and provide relevant information.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or greater required.
  • Experience handling cash transactions and working with systems.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented.
  • Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
