As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to external and internal stakeholders, including making and receiving phone calls, entering information into databases, and preparing and sending documents via DocuSign or email. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance standards are met for audit purposes and accurately completing payroll checklists for assigned agencies.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to individuals and families who rely on our services
- Make and receive phone calls to support external and internal stakeholders
- Enter information into databases, such as a call log, for effective record keeping
- Prepare and send documents via DocuSign or email
- Ensure compliance standards are met for audit purposes
- Accurately complete payroll checklists for assigned agencies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred
Work is performed in a typical office setting.
