Kinetic Events Staffing is hiring event staff for a K-pop Fan & Artist Festival at the Los Angeles Convention Center from 7/25-7/28. We will be assisting with various tasks in and out of the convention center and need friendly, outgoing, and professional staff with heavy customer service backgrounds to represent our client and create the ultimate attendee experience
We will have additional work in the future for those interested in working fun & exciting programs throughout the summer, fall & winter.
Job Description
- Job duties include wayfinding, wristbanding, line management, crowd control and other general event support. Some positions will be outside and you must be flexible to work in any/all positions.
- The pay rate for this job is $23/hr.
- Mandatory onsite training will be held on 7/25 from 12pm-4pm. This time is subject to change, so full availability on this day is crucial.
- Shifts on 7/26, 7/27, and 7/28 will be 7-8 hours in length. Some shifts will be as early as 6:30am, some start at 8:30am. All shifts end before 6pm.
- Breaks are paid and parking is reimbursed post-event up to $25/day.
- Previous event experience is preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience working at the LA convention center is a plus.
- Must be comfortable interacting with large groups of people.
- Must be comfortable working outside and standing/walking for the entire shift.
- A love for all things K-pop is a plus, but not a requirement
We are a nationwide staffing agency with high-profile clients around the country.
