SUMMARY As a Reporting to the Manager of B2B Content, the Sr. Specialist, Sales Enablement Content will focus on developing and managing sales enablement materials tailored to support the sales team in effectively communicating complex B2B solutions and consulting services. This role will act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales, ensuring that the sales team has access to timely and relevant information to drive sales effectiveness. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and develop compelling content that aligns with sales messaging strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage print and digital sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies, sales guides, FAQs, and product/service collateral, to support the sales team in selling complex B2B solutions and consulting services. Build and maintain relationships with the sales team to understand their needs, challenges, and feedback regarding sales content and messaging. Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and marketing teams to gather information and insights necessary for creating effective sales enablement materials. Create and maintain a repository of sales enablement materials, ensuring easy access and organization for the sales team. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement materials, gathering feedback from the sales team and making continuous improvements to optimize sales performance. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to ensure that sales enablement materials remain relevant and competitive. Other duties assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, journalism, or related roles, with a focus on writing short-form articles, blog posts, or interviews, preferably for a B2B/enterprise audience. Proven track record of developing sales enablement materials and supporting sales teams in achieving their objectives. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, marketing, and product/service teams. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content tailored to the needs of the sales team. Must be comfortable working with tight timetables and strategic pivots. Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content management systems, and sales enablement platforms. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Design experience is a plus; this isn’t a graphic design role, but it will require working closely with designers and understanding visual storytelling. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Capable of performing essential duties with reasonable accommodations. Work involves sitting, talking, hearing, and typing, with visual acuity required for keyboard usage, data analysis, and computer terminal operation. Occasional light lifting may be necessary. WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is primarily conducted in a professional office setting, utilizing standard office equipment. Expected office presence of 3 days per week. The hiring range for this position is $83,000 to $108,000 per year. This range is an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. SHRM offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package.
