·Provides supplemental support on other skills-related programming, including in the other pools of work the Foundation leads.

·Reviews and maintains awareness of both SHRM and non-SHRM research, findings, and trends in the skills-based hiring space.

·Interfaces with program partners, funders, and recipients in a professional and competent manner.

Serves as a liaison to subject matter partners, industry experts, consultants, and partner institutions.  Collaborates with SHRM research and SHRM product development and certification teams to develop and maintain program products as appropriate.  Collaborates with Programs team to track the fulfillment of donor commitments related to the SHRM Foundation’s programs and initiatives.

At least five (5) years of progressive program and leadership experience, preferably within the non-profit space. Specific focus on programming, communications and public relations, and project management of products, events/convenings, and research/evaluation projects. Experience in volunteer, board member, and donor management.
