Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of insurance sales representatives to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service. Develop and implement strategies to increase team productivity and performance. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand the client base. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition. Requirements
