+ Answer incoming phone calls and route accordingly for all entities

+ Update contact information in phone service for all companies to facilitate call routing

+ Update contact information for stores, payroll & HR contact

+ Use PDI system to determine routing for incoming customer calls

+ Greet Clients and others entering the building and route accordingly

+ Assist Accounts Payable

+ Fold and stuff Accounts Payable checks (2X weekly)

+ Print and/or sort incoming invoices

+ Record batch information on autopost wires, scan and attach copies in E1

+ Work in processing system and outlook to assist other teams as needed

+ Assist employees when shipping packages

+ Follow emergency instructions to ensure coverage of phones during emergencies

+ Additional duties as assigned.

Qualification:

-Must have phone experince

-Must have receptionist experince

-GED minimum

-Will be answering all phone calls and directing to correct employee/department

-Must have experince with email correspondence

-Proficient in Microsoft Office
