Assists in booking and reviewing loans to the core system using various interfaces and/or manual processes. Also, assists with problem resolution as needed.Location: Tallahassee office or Augusta officeEssential Functions and Basic Duties:Assist with booking and funding of loans to the core operating system utilizing various interfaces and/or manual processes.Adhere to set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for loan uploading and communication.Communicate effectively with lenders and/or loan administrators regarding loans being booked.Identify errors or inconsistencies in loan data and take appropriate corrective action.Manages and updates a spreadsheet for tracking purposes.Participate in team meetings to discuss processing improvements and best practices. Complies with all bank and personnel policies and procedures.Complete periodic training provided and/or required by Colony within required time frames assigned.Complete other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Education:High School diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in loan documentation and/or operations preferred.Skills/Abilities:Must present a professional image.Ability to coordinate a high level of activities in a variety of conditions.High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to handle information of confidential nature.Ability to adhere to deadlines and tight schedules.Ability to use various office equipment including; computer, basic e-mail, and a variety of software.A high degree of interpersonal skills, attitude, and judgment.Equal Opportunity Employer / Minorities / Females / Disables / Veterans / Drug Free Workplace
