Senior Talent Manager

The Corners talent management offering has a great reputation for guiding the careers of our clients, with a particular focus on client-care. We want to continue delivering the same level of expertise and support to our talent whilst expanding our roster in meaningful ways. Thats why were looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Talent Manager, to help create career opportunities for our existing clients and attract new and exciting talent signings to The Corner.
Outcomes
Were looking for somebody who can be responsible for the day-to-day management of a wide variety of digital creators and traditional talent, with the ability to tackle large-scale projects across both digital and traditional media and negotiate complex deals across a range of sectors including beauty, fashion, music, entertainment, family and more. This person will also be responsible for sourcing potential new talent clients for possible representation - successful candidates will have a variety of existing talent and influencer connections with this purpose in mind.
This role sits within the talent management half of The Corner Talent and reports directly to Georgette Olaiya, Talent Management Director.
In addition to the talent management team, The Corner Talent also runs influencer and celebrity procurement and influencer marketing strategies for The Corners wider brand clients through our influencer marketing team.
Responsibilities
A broad understanding and experience in managing digital and traditional talent across multiple revenue streams brand sponsorships, merchandise, publishing, licensing, and career progression.
Existing relationships with brands, agencies & leading social media platforms.
A contact base of influencers, digital and/or traditional, who could be suitable for The Corners roster.
Leadership the ability to guide clients and team members through potentially challenging projects.
The ability to multi-task. Organisation and adaptability are key.
Detailed knowledge of the social media landscape including existing and emerging platforms.
A solid understanding of commercial agreements with the ability to draft and simple contracts based upon templates, negotiate them to signature and experience working with a variety of budgets.
Preferably some experience with traditional talent (film, music, tv) and personal PR.
