Job Swap - Fast track-Managed learning programme - Heating engineer Wiltshire Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities Company vehicles provided Extensive selection of company tools provided Using the latest technology in company software to seamlessly connect office and engineering staff Full branded uniform for all employees **WE WANT YOU HUGE OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE, COME AND JOIN OUR APPRENTICESHIP SCHEME FOR DRIVEN , FAST LEARNING INDIVIDUALS, FULL TRAINING AND SUPPORT FOR OUR JOB SWAP/INDUSTRY CHANGE SCHEME** ONGOING COMPANY FUNDED TRAINING - Initial duties will be working in the servicing department with a senior engineer Working towards - Install, repair, and maintain heating systems in residential properties - Perform routine maintenance on heating systems to ensure optimal performance - Diagnose and troubleshoot heating system issues and make necessary repairs - Assemble and install heating system components - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently - Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines when working with heating systems Skills: - We are looking for the right candidates that shows real drive and determination to be fastracked through the business to then work independently in our friendly team - Initiative and commitment to work efficiently whilst maintaining our high standards - Confident, effective communication skills to liaise with our customers and other members of our team. - Valid driver's license - Effectively take on board problem solving techniques in all aspects of heating systems Note: We are looking for the right candidate regardless of experience, industry experience is very much welcomed. Full in house and external training will be provided for the right candidates. To ensure our customers receive a high standard of workmanship and professionalism, our company is accredited and monitored by several trade and industry bodies.
