JamesAllen.com - a fast-growing diamond bridal jewelry ecommerce retailer - is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic marketing team. They will be responsible for developing and executing the influencer marketing strategy including outreach, relationship management, content deliverables, data reporting and content optimization. This position will report to the Director of Influencer Marketing & Partnerships and requires a Hybrid work model.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and recruit key influencers and media sites that align with the overall brand positioning and ensure a diverse pool of partners.
  • Manage influencer campaign deliverables, share briefs, create contracts, file invoices, and manage logistics for any product lending.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and creators that connect authentic storytelling with drive-to-site action.
  • Negotiate contracts including required deliverables, terms, and costs
  • Proactively identify content angles that match the influencer's content and convey key brand messages
  • Track and report campaign analytics
  • Support the Director of Partnerships cross functionally with our brand, retail, and operations teams to execute influencer product collaborations
  • Strategize new ways to innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of social media and/or influencer-related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Base hourly pay $22.00 - $26.00. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
