  • Job Description Overview:
    • The Senior Manager of Website & Digital Marketing will oversee the digital and web presence, including websites, email marketing, social media, blogs, apps, podcasts, video campaigns, and web/social analytics.
    • This role involves managing a team of two direct reports and collaborating with vendors.
  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategy.
    • Manage web content and design.
    • Develop and oversee video and multimedia strategy.
    • Analyze and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) for effectiveness.
    • Implement social media strategy across various platforms.
    • Drive search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.
    • Oversee the blog program and email marketing strategy.
    • Serve as the primary liaison to digital marketing vendors.
  • Qualifications:
    • Exceptional analytical skills for gathering and synthesizing research data.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Expertise in email marketing best practices and compliance.
    • Advanced knowledge of SEO concepts and techniques.
    • Familiarity with web-based CMS and HTML editing software.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing automation tools.
    • Strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Bachelors degree in relevant field required; equivalent experience may substitute.
    • Minimum of seven years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Additional Information:
    • Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.
    • The role requires in-office availability three days per week, with flexibility for additional days as needed.
