Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and implement digital and multimedia marketing strategies for the firm
  • Oversee website design and content management
  • Manages, mentors and train marketing staff
  • Analyze and develop KPIs
  • Stay up to date with SEO, social media, multimedia, and other marketing trends


Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Web Design, Graphic Design, or similar field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Email marketing and A/B testing experience required
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • 2+ years of website development experience
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
  • Familiarity with Dreamweaver or other HTML editing software
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and social media tools (i.e. Hootsuite)
  • Professional communication skills, ability to interact with attorneys, staff, and clients


Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
