Job Description: RegalCare is seeking a skilled and strategic Regional Director of Business Office to oversee the administrative operations across our Boston area facilities. This role is critical in ensuring our business offices operate efficiently and effectively, aligning with our commitment to excellent patient care and financial accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of business office operations across multiple facilities in the Boston area.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
  • Direct and support business office associates at each facility
  • Collaborate with other regional directors and senior management to implement corporate initiatives and improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on regional performance and pending MA Health accountability

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Office Manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility

  • MA Health Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care Proficiency
  • Customer Service and Collections

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in PCC. RFMS, Excel and Word
