Currently, Teltonika US is looking for an ambitious Human Resource Administrator to join our office in Dallas, Texas. In this position, you will belong to Teltonika People Team. Teltonikas telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts and amendments.
  • Manage personnel information within our HRM system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and other internal platforms.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline pre-boarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system access, and equipment orders.
  • Review and update company policies and general guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws in Dallas and other U.S. states
  • Address employee inquiries, including requests for sick leave, time off, and office improvements.
  • Support the organization of HR events, including training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
  • Coordinate HR administrative tasks in close collaboration with the Head of the North America region, HR Development, and the HQ office to share best practices with the Toronto office.
  • Organize office meetings, events, and training sessions as needed.
  • Perform data entry, maintain confidential records, and handle filing tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Human Resources experience across the U.S.
  • Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with United States labor laws related to HR functions.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
