The product is an advanced base of ready-to-use technical solutions that enable brokers to save time and money on consuming infrastructure projects and focus on enlarging their client base and increasing their revenues. Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, including sourcing, and screening. Advanced English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the talent pool and stay updated on industry trends. Ability to collaborate seamlessly with diverse teams, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and C-level executives, to achieve shared objectives efficiently and effectively. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Familiarity with the crypto and (FX) industry, including an understanding of the market, trends, and terminology would be a plus. Russian knowledge will be a plus. Responsibilities: Identify, attract, and hire top talent for various positions for any business needs of the company (both in tech and finance). Evaluate and refine recruitment processes, tools, and strategies to optimize efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience. Review resumes, conduct screenings, and perform initial assessments of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the company. Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remote, with candidates. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, and ensuring timely communication and feedback. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Create job descriptions, and post job openings on relevant job boards. Collaboration with recruitment agencies.
