Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, including sourcing, and screening. Advanced English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand the talent pool and stay updated on industry trends. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, develop hiring strategies, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Create job descriptions, and post job openings on relevant job boards. Collaboration with recruitment agencies.
