Join our team as a Cloud Specialist at Agile IT, where you'll play a pivotal role in executing tasks within defined projects. You'll receive guidance from seasoned professionals such as Lead Senior Engineers, Senior Engineer II, and Solution Architects. What you'll work with (not the full list):
  • Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Defender
  • Microsoft Azure: Entra ID (Identity management, conditional access, and more)
Project Delivery:
  • Collaborate with engineering and project management team resources to successfully complete projects.
  • Document, review, and provide feedback on the technical implementation for Agile IT Microsoft cloud products and services prior to implementation.
  • Execution of tasks based on pre-defined documentation by Agile IT or Microsoft
  • Thoroughly document project solutions as delivered.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate to Microsoft support as needed.
  • Track time as related to customer projects, internal initiatives, research, and training.
Growth:
  • We will help and encourage you to obtain and maintain Microsoft 365/Azure certifications.
  • You will inherently stay updated on Microsoft Cloud products and services, including new features, security updates, and new solutions by engaging with the team, community, and clients.
NICE TO HAVE:
  • Proficiency in managing Microsoft Windows Server & Application technologies, and experience with Microsoft Office365.
  • MS900 - M365 Fundamentals certification
  • Comp TIA A+ certification
  • Deployment and management of Windows Client and Windows Server in production environments.
  • Ability to execute, write and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts

THE FINE PRINT:

Compensation and Benefits
  • *Pay range is $31.00 to $38.00 per hour.
    • Starting pay is generally lower to mid-range; based on experience.
  • This is a full-time non-exempt position.
  • Ideally located in San Diego, CA
