ITOCHU Building Products (IBP) Holdings has an immediate need for an Infor M3 Cloud Finance Consultant.

IBP Holdings is looking to hire an experienced Infor M3 Cloud Finance Consultant to join its team.

As a shared services provider that supports multiple companies, the team is growing and needs talent to help grow the company with new ERP implementation projects and conversions from existing ERP software as mergers/acquisitions occur. The existing team is compiled of multiple business analysts to support existing Infor M3 Cloud environments.

The desired candidate should have experience configuring Infor M3 ideally in multiple modules, mainly in finance, starting with base configuration copied from existing operating companies. Tailoring the system to newly acquired companies to accommodate their business processes is critical to the success of implementation. Headquarters is in Dallas, TX, but the role can be remote, expecting to travel up to 50% to support the client businesses.

Responsibilities:

Skills desired include but are not limited to:

  • Investigating, analyzing, communicating, and documenting business processes and business requirements.
  • Documenting gap analysis and scenarios.
  • Adjusting Infor Cloud M3 solutions based on existing configuration.
  • Designing the solution, documenting the integration specifications & integration testing.
  • Monitoring system testing.
  • Planning data migration, data cleansing, validation & migration.
  • Production configuration of M3 modules (finance and manufacturing preferred).
  • Providing support during go-live.
  • Providing post-go-live support, handing off long term support to the current team of business analysts.
  • Designing solutions for change requests, providing estimates, specification documenting, testing, and presenting.
  • Designing solutions, estimating, testing, presenting, and documenting.
  • Mentor project teammates This includes reviewing consulting, writing, speaking, presentation, and training skills.

Competency in multiple Infor M3 finance modules including:

  • Cost Accounting
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Fixed Assets

Infor related products & Technologies:

  • EC (EC capabilities & how to apply in integrations), IDM, Enterprise Search, MBM (M3 Business Messages/EDI), ION, Mingle
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience implementing Infor M3 Cloud.
  • Strong network analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle and own critical issues through to resolution
  • Excellent communication, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality in all aspects of conducting business
