As a Workday Business Systems Analyst, you will report to the IT Director of Business Applications and play a crucial role in providing customer service and solutions for internal technology projects.
Responsibilities:
Configure the Workday Human Capital Management System, including core tables, eligibility rules, business processes, workflows, notifications, calculated fields, and plan setup.
Support daily operations, maintenance, and functionality of the Workday HCM system, including security setup and update management.
Research and provide options to customers for solving technical problems.
Respond to and resolve intermediate questions.
Document processes with business teams.
Review and improve application compliance processes with the compliance team.
Plan project tasks for specific process areas.
Recommend remediation for solution conditions.
Review reporting and recommend changes using advanced tools.
Make recommendations and partner with the business to determine selected solutions.
Implement chosen solutions in a customer service, consultative methodology.
Requirements:
2 or more years of experience with Workday Human Capital Management Systems, supporting the functional areas of Payroll, HR, and Benefits.
Experience in technology-related positions providing customer service, needs analysis, and solutions to customer challenges.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Skilled in listening, customer service, written and verbal communication, and compliance with rules and regulations.
Understanding of scripting languages and API interfaces.
Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Tools and/or Microsoft 365.
Possess a problem-solving mindset, demonstrated customer service focus, and understanding of systems and processes.
