The role will report to the Plant Operations Manager and will plan and establish work schedules, staffing requirements and production activities that ensure the maximum productivity and efficiency. The Production Manager facilitates maintenance, quality, and engineering services to meet business objectives. In this role, the manager facilitates and leads projects and continuous improvement to meet KPI initiatives. This position will the status of projects and initiatives and is accountable for results of the business deliverables that are within the scope of this role. This position is based in Windsor, CT, and reports to the Plant Operations Manager.
