This role works in close partnership with Global Banking Coverage and the wider GPS to deepen HSBCs global cash management wallet share and grow revenues.Heres what you can expect:As our VP Senior Sales Manager, you will work closely with customers to identify needs and provide appropriate cash management solutions as well as partner with the GPS Implementation, Integration and Client Service teams to ensure smooth transition of client mandates into realized revenues. You will remain knowledgeable on the competitive market landscape and client requirements to help drive product enhancements/developments and formulate, support and drive GB and GPS industry sector strategies, including participation in events, case studies, client testimonials, client planning and wallet sizing activities. You will coach and lead team members across the group on sales strategy formulation, deal pipeline management and sales conversion techniques ensuring consistently successful client relationships.For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $129,800 and $180,000.The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.At HSBC, our overall goal is to provide a competitive Total Reward Package, with an appropriate mix of fixed pay, and variable pay, as part of an employees overall total compensation and benefits.
