Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • At least seven to eight years of IT service delivery experience, with at least three to five years in a leadership role, preferably with global team management experience.
  • ITIL certification preferred.
What We Offer

Meriplex Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, group term life insurance, 401(k), PTO, Holiday Pay, and referral bonuses. The current pay range for this position is $121,300-$153,300 annually.

Physical Demands

This role requires sedentary work, exerting up to 15 pounds of force occasionally, with negligible amounts of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
