Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and budget clinical services and health strategy projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  • Manage resources effectively to achieve project goals.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent and reliable communication.
  • Facilitate collaboration and information exchange between organizational divisions and partners.
  • Help manage the continued development of a panel of providers who conduct both written reviews and in-person evaluations.
  • Capture ideas of team members in a structured format.
  • Identify and remove barriers that impede team members and projects.
  • Implement project management best practices, including risk management, change management, and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Participate in proposal writing, presentations, workshops, and client-focused meetings to support strategy leaders and projects.
  • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
  • Process optimization.
  • Customer communication and reporting - weekly, monthly and ad-hoc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in project management or physician services team management.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Familiarity with multiple-processes optimization.
  • Familiarity with workforce management.
  • Ability to pass federal background check.
