With over 100+ locations, in over 20 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs.We currently have an exciting opportunity within the Institutional Sales Team for anAccount Manager.The Account Manager is the primary customer contact for commercial, institutional, educational and hospitality accounts. This role is responsible for increasing share of wallet on assigned accounts along with business development of new accounts. This role can be based anywhere in Tennessee.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Generate sales related to HVAC replacement and retrofit equipment, system upgrade products, aftermarket parts, supplies and accessories in an assigned territoryBuild and maintain positive relationships withcommercial, institutional, educational, hospitality maintenance purchasing departments and service contractors, helping to develop solutions, closing sales and ensuring repeat business.Analyze the territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programsDevelop and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key customers to maximize salesHigh School diploma or equivalent with three (3) + years' experience. AA/BA Degree preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHighly functional in a team environmentSales and growth orientedProfit driven.
