Senior Product Marketing Manager

It is the only application to fully address the needs of statewide psychiatry access program with major customers such as the states of Texas and Vermont and powering programs such as Child Psychiatry Access Network (CPAN) and Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine (TCHATT).

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Trayt will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote and drive the adoption of the company's products. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product and feature launches and campaigns that deliver on business objectives.
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll help establish product marketing best practices at Trayt. This role will report to the VP of Product.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategize and manage go-to-market strategy for the product and feature launches
Collaborate with product management to develop product launch plans and execute go-to-market strategies
Work with the sales team to develop sales tools and training that support the selling process
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising
Craft communication plans with patients, providers, and other staff for any feature or product launches as relevant
Analyze customer and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies
Identify and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and product launches
Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful collaboration on product marketing initiatives
Requirements
5+ years of product marketing experience in a health tech or healthcare company
Proven experience launching new products and growing to a mature business
Experience using insights and strategic thinking to build business cases that influence stakeholders
Previous experience working with product teams and ideating on insight-driven solutions to product offerings
Demonstrated experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing
Strong project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Can roll-up sleeves and lead the success of a launch
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Location: This role is remote; it's a plus if the candidate is in the Bay Area or open to relocate to the Bay Area.
