Job DescriptionASRC Federal is seeking to identifya certified HVAC Supervisor with an active Secret clearancein anticipation of upcoming work in Huntsville, AL.Overview: The ideal candidate will assume responsibility for leading, managing, and overseeing a team ofHVAC Service Technicians and Plumbers, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.Responsibilities:Arrange workforce schedules for planned maintenance and service calls.Offer technical assistance to HVAC technicians, the Sales team, and the Project Estimator.Accompany technicians on site visits for training, job feedback, safety checks, and general communication.Coordinate the maintenance of the company's vehicle fleet.Review labor, materials, and notes for all completed Work Orders.Examine plans, specifications, submittals, and other project documentation for proposal preparation.Handle HVAC project estimation, bidding, and proposal generation.Secure permits from local cities/governments when necessary.Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety guidelines.Monitor the progress of jobs/projects and discuss project outcomes with the leadership team.Collaborate with the sales team, offering technical expertise and support to potential and existing customers.Foster and maintain professional relationships with current and potential customers, employees, and vendors.Conduct annual performance evaluations of assigned personnel as directed.Oversee project labor reporting to customers.RequirementsQualifications:High school/college graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.2 years of management experience3 years working in the HVAC field.Strong leadership and team management skillsExceptional customer service and communication skillsAbility to multi-taskTeam player, leader and motivated to learn and take ownership and accountability.Change agent, demonstrating courageous leadership driving and continuous improvement mindset.Valid State Driver's License clean driving recordMust be a US Citizen.
