About the Role As a Senior Deployment Review and Assessment Manager, you will be a key player on a high-functioning team that guides our customers through their deployment lifecycle. You will be responsible for growing key customer relationships, attending Steering Committee meetings, and handling the customer experience throughout the service. You will become an expert on the Workday Success Plans (WSP) team, focused on guiding our customers through an exceptional Workday experience. Workday is looking for a Senior or Principal Deployment Review and Assessment Manager (DRM) with strong HCM or Financials expertise to join our growing Deployment Review and Assessment (DRA) team. Responsibilities: Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday HCM and Financials product suite Work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams Provide guidance to partner and client resources during escalations Juggle multiple projects and issues simultaneously Work with customer project managers to ensure the service is completed on time and per expectations Confirm that projects are on schedule per defined project timeline Attend Executive Steering Committee meetings during project critical issue situations About You Basic Qualifications: At least 2+ years of experience deploying Workday is a MUST 5+ years of experience in project management with HCM, Payroll, or Financial implementations 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications Other Qualifications: Fluency in English is required, with fluency in French Canadian or Spanish highly desirable Prior experience supporting implementations within Higher Education, government, or non-profit Excellent organization, time management, and presentation skills Ability to present at Customer Executive Steering Committee meetings Experience working with customer project managers to proactively identify/resolve issues Promote a positive and inclusive working environment Workday Pay Transparency Statement The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.
