Job Summary and Responsibilities:

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities listed below are a range of duties performed by the employee and not intended to reflect all duties performed.

  • Data Entry. Work within Circet USA and Client tracking databases to input updates, work progress tracking, corrections, and overall monitoring of work trackers to ensure accurate details.
  • Involved in the development, trials, and implementation of new processes, process documentation, web applications, and field software databases.
  • Assign and dispatch work to contract inspectors via email or through online database applications.
  • Assign and track training for Circet USA personnel and/or contracted vendors as needed.
  • Issue/dispute resolution: partner with vendor team to resolve issues that arise during the construction process. Assisting in resolving complaints from citizens impacted by the fiber deployment construction process.
  • Serve as a Municipality liaison, working with various municipalities regarding permitting, traffic control, and other concerns regarding the overall impact of OSP work within the community.
  • Be able to perform invoice processing, work within project workflow databases to review and process vendor invoicing adhering to Circet USA accounting guidelines.
  • Act as the first-level field approval for necessary changes found in field. Partner with Engineering and vendor team regarding potential solutions.
  • Support Circet USA values, works with team members across several departments.

Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in Project Administration, Project Management, OSP construction and or OSP engineering, or relevant work experience
  • College degree preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint; and proficient/comfortable with Microsoft Excel to include the development of forms, the use of internal and external hyperlinks.
  • Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Ability to work with other team members to ensure timely completion, quality work, and accurate tracking on work processes and progresses.
  • Ability to learn the current Circet USA correct cost center coding is required.
  • Ability and desire to continuously learn new systems and applications.
  • Basic understanding of the as-built process for closing out OSP construction projects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence others to meet project objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and apply sound judgment and reasoning skills to a variety of situations.
  • Ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other personnel to meet deadlines.
