Job Description Summary The Social Media Manager is a vital part of the Alira Health Marketing Team and member of Global Campaigns Team. In this role you will be 360 degrees responsible for Alira Health’s social media channels – from working on the B2B social media strategy alongside VP of Global Marketing and Director of Global Campaigns to implementing it in holistic manner working closely with Social Media Coordinator.

As ecosystem of Alira Health social media is growing quickly, you will be responsible for ensuring that it becomes part of our branding and demand generation strategy.

Responsibilities

Develop multi-channel global B2B social media strategy in collaboration with VP of Global Marketing and Director of Global Campaigns to support holistic demand generation campaigns and branding needs Develop and maintain a multi-channel social media calendar and continuously solicit and incorporate feedback from key stakeholders Collaborate with Social Media Coordinator on the production of the new engaging content ensuring its maximum quality Analyze the performance of social media channels and proactively propose ways of improving it Continuously monitor social media to assess current industry trends Develop and foster social media SOPs and guidelines Support Practice and Business Development teams with their personal social media strategies to help them achieve their strategic business objectives and build personal brand Conduct social media trainings for Alira Health’s employees when required Collaborate with Marketing Technology Associate on selection and introduction of social media management technology

Job requirements

3+ years in a role of Social Media Manager in B2B Healthcare Consultancy Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and executing paid, owned and earned campaigns Experience leveraging social media for demand generation purposes Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to solicit critical information, assess potential opportunities, persuade others and shape/influence outcomes Strong interest in testing, learning and making data-driven decisions Strong expertise in social media trends and best practices and ability to effectively communicate those concepts to other stakeholders Communication and negotiation ability Attention to detail and problem solving Native Level English Italian, Spanish, French or German is a plus
