In this role you will be 360 degrees responsible for Alira Health's social media channels - from working on the B2B social media strategy alongside SVP of Global Marketing and Senior Director of Global Campaigns to implementing it in holistic manner.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesDevelop multi-channel global B2B social media strategy in collaboration with SVP of Global Marketing and Senior Director of Global Campaigns to support holistic demand generation campaigns and branding needsDevelop and maintain a multi-channel social media calendar and continuously solicit and incorporate feedback from key stakeholdersProduce new engaging content ensuring its maximum qualityAnalyze the performance of social media channels and proactively propose ways of improving itContinuously monitor social media to assess current industry trendsDevelop and foster social media SOPs and guidelinesSupport SMEs with their personal social media strategies to help them achieve their strategic business objectives and build personal brandConduct social media trainings for Alira Health's employees when requiredCollaborate with Marketing Technology Associate on selection and introduction of social media management technologyJob requirements3+ years in a role of Social Media Manager in B2B Healthcare ConsultancyExperience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and executing paid, owned and earned campaignsExperience leveraging social media for demand generation purposesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to solicit critical information, assess potential opportunities, persuade others and shape/influence outcomesStrong interest in testing, learning and making data-driven decisionsStrong expertise in social media trends and best practices and ability to effectively communicate those concepts to other stakeholdersCommunication and negotiation abilityAttention to detail and problem solvingNative Level EnglishItalian, Spanish, French or German is a plusLanguagesEducationContract TypeRegular
