Position Details:

We seek a motivated Human Resource Generalist to join our team, playing a crucial role in daily Human Resource operations and delivering effective services to our employees. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across various Human Resource functions, including managing the full recruitment cycle, conducting new employee orientations, serving as the primary contact for employee inquiries, addressing conflicts, overseeing benefits programs, supporting performance appraisals, ensuring compliance with employment laws, updating Human Resource policies, coordinating training, maintaining HRIS records, and analyzing Human Resource metrics and reports. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in mid-sized companies.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
