Job Description Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Membership to lead Cascada’s membership program, strategy and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful membership programs, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. Requirements: Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive membership strategy to increase member acquisition, retention, and engagement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative membership programs and benefits Analyze membership data and trends to inform decision-making and optimize membership initiatives Manage the membership department budget and resources effectively Oversee the development and distribution of membership communications, including newsletters, emails, and social media content Coordinate membership events and webinars to drive engagement and value for members Ensure high-quality customer service for all member inquiries and concerns Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous improvement Provide regular reports on membership performance and insights to senior leadership Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Minimum of 7 years of experience in membership, marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven success in developing and executing membership growth strategies Strong data analysis skills and experience with CRM systems and membership databases Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to build and manage high-performing teams Strong project management and organizational skills Passion for delivering exceptional member experiences and driving results
