Our job is not an easy one - we work with complex teens from a variety of backgrounds. HOWEVER, the hard work and support we provide to teens in treatment is rewarding and a mission worth serving. We are currently hiring a **Team Leader** for our Spokane, Washington inpatient facility working with adolescent girls. This is a full time,swing shift position, offering competitive pay, benefits and paid time off.

As a **Team Leader** you will be responsible for instilling leadership and bringing supervision supervision to inspire confidence in Skills Coaches on assigned shifts to foster partnerships. Some responsibilities and requirements of the position include:

* Oversee orientation, training, supervision, and evaluation of Skills Coaches on assigned shifts around the facility

* Ensuring that policies and procedures are followed and the Skills Coaches meet the standard performance expectations

* You will participate in program development, review and assessment.

* Maintain the shift schedule and coordinate coverage for gaps in attendance as they arrive.

**Compensation:** Competitive pay starting at $18.50/hr DOE with eligibility to enroll in our benefits package

**Education/Experience:** Experience mentoring and/or coaching teenagers. Knowledge of the effects of alcohol, drug abuse, and adolescent development. Experience coordinating and leading activities for adolescents is preferred. Experience working with at risk teenagers, mental health support, substance abuse disorder support highly desirable.

**Certificates/Licenses:** Must be able to obtain an AAC certification within 60 days of employment.* Must be able to obtain a food handler's permit. Valid driver's license. Current First Aid/CPR certification and certification in HIV/AIDS desirable.

**Shift:** Night Shift, Sunday through Wednesday (7:00PM - 7:30AM)

* Employees working 20 hours or more per week accrue paid time off, including 9 paid holidays and 4 weeks of time off for employees working 40 hours per week/8 hour days.
