Travel and out of office will approximately fulfill 80% of working hours. Utilize computer skills to manage marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and generate reports. Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement. Requirements: Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or similar healthcare settings. Reside in the Des Moines metro area. Proven track record in marketing, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite, Point Click Care CRM software, and digital marketing platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
