Pay Rate: $25/hr
Duration: 12 months, Mon-Fri, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST)
Responsibilities:
- Address and respond to product inquiries, complaints, and adverse events for BIVI products following regulations (FDA, USDA, EPA).
- Communicate with veterinarians, consumers, and sales personnel via phone or email.
- Provide product information, support, and escalate calls when necessary.
- Document communications in PVWorks and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Maintain and update product expertise by attending seminars and reading journals.
- Support sales representatives and attend veterinary conferences.
- Report issues or trends, assist in research, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Strong customer service and regulatory compliance experience.
- Familiar with veterinary practice, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage time, work independently, and handle conflict.
- Knowledge in pharmacovigilance, GMP, and complaint handling.
- Associate Degree or higher in Life Sciences/Veterinary Technician with 3+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office), problem-solving, time management, technical support, regulatory compliance, and customer service.
