Coordinates trials of new process materials including the use of check gauges.Coordinates quality system audits, process audits, and spot audits. Develops new approaches to solve problems identified during these quality assurance activities.Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management. Assists with corrective and preventative action and maintains system follow-up.Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities. Defines and controls Quality Plans, procedures, instructions and requirements, gauging and check fixtures.Prepares and presents technical and program information to team members and management.
