We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsGalen College of Nursing is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to perform diversified project management and coordination duties in support of Galen’s Marketing and Communications growing team. This position is integral to the daily management and functionality of the department, which supports student recruitment and enrollment, campus events and communications, facilitates internal and external communications, new campus design and environmental branding, and manages the Galen brand. The ideal candidate is “Type A”, driven by attention to detail with superior communication and follow-through skills, is ultra-organized and breathes initiative to keep work moving effectively and efficiently within the team and cross-functional departments. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate and track the execution of various projects in development by the Marketing and Communications department, using appropriate tools to track deliverables, deployment, and implementation.Assist in the management of timelines and status reports, keeping necessary team members informed of status and updates.Manage cross-functional communications to keep both short and long-term initiatives moving according to schedule.Assist in a variety of complex administrative duties involving cross-functional department communications and workflow.Assist in the execution and production of system-wide advertising to include all forms of integrated advertising and communicationsAssist in adherence to media and brand standards.Prepare and modify routine/non-routine and internal/external correspondence, memos, documents, reports, meeting notices, and presentations in appropriate formats using word processing, spreadsheets, web platforms, etc.Other duties as assigned.Position Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of an earned degree considered. 2+ years of experience in coordinator or project management role preferred.Must possess advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Able to effectively prioritize workload and demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, solve problems, and work independently.Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Monday.com a plus.Degree of Supervision: Minimal.Be a part of an organization that invests in you.
