Job Title: Research Finance

Job Description

Join our team as a Research Finance specialist where you will manage and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with our financial policies and procedures. Your daily responsibilities will include verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables data. You will also prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits, as well as reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted. Additionally, you will verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues, facilitate payment of invoices by sending bill reminders and contacting clients, and generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.

Requirements

+ 2+ years accounts receivable experience

+ previous experience in clinical research

+ proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
