This is a full-time and in-person office position and reports to the Vice President and CFO. Job Duties: Financial statement preparation including year-end review with outside accounting firm. Job costing, profitability analysis reporting for operations management. Develop quarterly tax estimates and payments for partners and company. Cash management and forecasting. Coordinate with insurance broker for the implementation of business insurance program and annual premium audit. Coordinate with HR Manager on annual audit of benefit plans. Experience Requirements: Construction accounting and job costing. Demonstrated supervisory experience. Finance or accounting degree with CPA preferred. Knowledge of benefit plans (e.g., 401k, health, etc.). Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Navision/Business Central, Office Suite) or similar business accounting systems. Skills: Strong analytic and problem-solving ability. High attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong collaborator who can work closely within the accounting group. Punctual and dependable. A pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana screening) and background check will be required.
