The position is responsible for value chain coordination in support of Freeport LNG’s upstream initiatives; specifically, to provide front-line support to Freeport LNG’s external customers and internal stakeholders associated with nominations, confirmations, scheduling and imbalances, and all associated activities thereto. This position will be responsible for ensuring Freeport LNG is providing enhanced quality of service and satisfaction in support of its’ customers, pipeline counterparties, and other upstream service providers. To achieve this objective effectively, this position will work closely with the larger Commercial department, as well as the Production Planning, Operations, and Maintenance departments to progress towards safe, sustainable and enhanced realization of facility production, reliability and other critical KPI targets. The ideal candidates will be self-starters and team players who are interested in personal growth and are willing to take on new tasks to add value, even if they do not relate directly to their job description. The Jr. Analyst, Commercial Operations will work in an open, fast-paced environment with daily responsibilities, timely deadlines and responsibility for managing projects assigned. Real time problem solving, attention to details, accuracy, and timeliness is necessary for success in this role. After hours, weekends on an on-call rotation is required.

Duties/Responsibilities

Act as primary commercial operations contact for natural gas scheduling activities between Freeport LNG’s customers, pipeline counterparties, upstream service providers, and FLNG’s Commercial team Manages OBA imbalances within pipeline operating conditions and in a manner that minimizes risk and financial exposure Execute daily activities timely and accurately to ensure all commercial operations responsibilities are fulfilled Assist Freeport LNG’s customers, Gas Control and Operations in regard to volume management in working through unplanned events and periods of maintenance Work with pipelines, upstream service providers and counterparties to ensure information is timely and accurately scheduled and reported Monitor and effectively communicate critical upstream pipeline maintenance and capacity constraints Provides ongoing reports relative to commercial operations responsibilities After Hours, Weekends, and On-Call Required Implementation and modification of commercial policy & procedures, business continuity procedures, continuous improvement framework and all systems and reporting tools for assigned areas of ownership Seek out means to improve quality of service provided to customers by Freeport LNG in commercial operations’ matters and initiatives Ensure that all commercial operations are conducted in a non-discriminatory manner and that at all times the highest standards of customer service and responsiveness are maintained New continuous improvement projects, as assigned by supervisor

Essential Functions

Minimum Education Required: BA in supply chain, energy, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related field at time of hire

Minimum Experience Required:

Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills are essential Excellent presentation and soft skills Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and with individuals and groups from different disciplines Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple activities in pressure situations timely and with a high degree of accuracy Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)

HSE Roles and Responsibilities

Support the policies, efforts, and programs of Freeport LNG Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System. Actively participate in the HSE Management System Policies. Ensure that HSE concerns are given priority in all activities completed within their area of responsibility. Implement routine inspections to ensure safe operating conditions. Working Conditions and Physical Expectations

Operates in a professional office environment within or outside of an industrial plant environment. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers w/scanner and fax, and filing cabinets. Physical Demands

Physical demands refer to the level and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform critical tasks in support of critical job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an incumbent to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is primarily a sedentary role; however, the incumbent must be able to stand and/or sit continuously to perform all essential job functions. Ability to lift or carry up to 20 lbs. as required in order to transfer files, boxes or other office equipment as necessary. While performing the duties of this role, the incumbent may be required to possess certain communication skills, i.e. audible speech, hearing, etc. and may be required to express or exchange information by means of spoken word to impart oral information counterparts and to convey detailed spoken instructions to other workers accurately. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls as necessary to perform essential job functions. The incumbent must possess the ability to drive to other Company work locations as required. Ability to move throughout all areas of each office/site location and facilities.
