We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This position requires an individual with a history of success in managing client relationships, a knack for understanding business needs, and a passion for delivering top-notch service. You will Ensure that current clients are pleased with their experience at P2P Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive information on current clients in the CRM system Handle accounts receivable and payable with clients and partners Monitor dates and manage the renewal/signing of necessary documents with current clients Facilitate communication with clients and oversee the KYC process and document signing Collaborate with Support, BD, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to address the needs of existing clients Keep track of significant dates related to clients and ensure high-quality and timely responses to these events Manage upsell communication with current clients by organizing and conducting newsletters, webinars, and other forms of outreach focused on the current client base Announce important company offers and generate leads for the BD team You have Native or mother-tongue level of English At least 3 years of experience in a similar role with major enterprise clients Outstanding communication skills in both written and verbal interactions Ability and willingness to work in a high-paced, multitasking environment Experience in negotiating in complex and conflict situations Experience as a project manager would be a significant plus Experience working in startups and commercial teams would also be a considerable advantage Previous exposure to fintech, financial services, or blockchain is a must.
